Where do I find a 74mm to 51mm disc mount adapter?

Thinking of buying a Manitou fork but want to keep my 6" Avid mech.

I could be wrong, but I think the avid caliper bolts directly to the 74mm post mount on a manitou fork for a 6" rotor, just don't use the IS adapter that came with it.

    Cheers

The Avids bolt straight onto the manitou, no adapter needed. THe standard rotor works fine!

As the others said, the Avid caliper is for 74mm PM and only works with IS using the supplied adapter. For the Manitou, you just remove the adapter and it works great. The problem is going the other way when you have a IS specific caliper and going to Post Mount. Only then do you need an adapter and 20mm larger rotor. Anyway, you don't have to worry about that. You're fine.
