    Wheel Builders?

Can anyone provide insight into any good wheel builders that are online? I noticed Speedgoat has a whole lotta hubs and rims to choose from. Are they reliable and good at what they do? Any other good options available? Thanks!

Thanks that worked. Not a great web site, but I guess he spends more time with bikes

Have you done business at this shop?

I've had wheels built by Mike Garcia at odds and endos. They are great and light (1580 grams total). I have done lots of business with Larry at mountain high. He is truly the best. People all over the world will tell you this. Best to call him on the phone. Weekdays are best. He has not built any wheels for me yet, but other dealings, advice he has given and the word of others I trust, lead me to believe you can trust his wheel building abilities. Larry's service is legend. You can't go wrong with him or Mike Garcia. Both build light wheels using WTB laser light hubs as well as any other brand you might want. Both build with King hubs, which will be my next set of wheels.

You can find Paul Fleshman's number at his website: www.mtnpedaler.com

Really friendly guy, we always end up shooting the bull for a half an hour every time I call. I have a set of SS wheels he built with Paul hubs/Mavic 517 rims a couple years ago. Real light and troublefree. Even if you do not see what you want on the website, give him a call. I am currently waiting for a wheel he just built and sent me for my GT Zaskar using an ENO Eccentric hub, DT Competition spokes and a Mavic 717 rim, all black, should be showing up at the door step any day now. Now if this damn weather would just cooperate so the trails will dry out.

I'm as bad as the Worst. But, thank God, I'm also as good as the Best.
