Weight difference - XT vs XTR (2009)

Toying with the idea of upgrading my XT brakes (2008/9) with some old XTR from eBay (probably of the same age). Wondering whether it's gonna be worth the hassle for the weight saved.
Anyone know what the weight saving will be?

You might get 75g/end, 150g total. I think, however, that you would be disappointed with the power. XT's are very strong and reliable. The XTR's much less so.

If you can find some older Formula R1's then these will keep the power of your XT's and shave 150-200g/end
