Using XT M755 MTB disc brake with drop bar levers?

Anything is possible I guess but this is tricky I think.

My main bike these days is a Surly 1x1 with the original XT 4 pot disc brake on the front. I would like to use On-One Midge or Salsa off-road drop bars. The rear is no problem as I can use a V-brake compatible drop bar lever. But the front...does anyone make a hydraulic brake drop bar lever that could be satisfactorily connected to the XT disc brake?

    Any ideas much appreciated.

I know two ways to use hydraulic disc brakes with road levers.
Both are either expensive and hard to get.

Many drop bar riders are happy using avid mech discs.
