Upside down bike storage bad for brakes?

Hydraulic brakes on my bikes, is there any adverse effects on the brakes from hanging the bikes upside down in my garage?

Only if there is air in the reservoirs, which there shouldn't be.

As MikeT said, if your brakes are properly bled, you should not have any issues hanging the bikes upside down.

Thanks! My brakes are not bled properly, so I hung the bike upside down and went and rode it today and the brakes were really bad! I have some brake work to do!
