    Upgade Mechanical Disc to Hydraulic Disc Brake

    Can you replace Avid bb5 brakes with the Hayes Stroker Carbon? Will the cables fit in the guides? I am running a Gary Fisher Cobia in the following setup and want to upgrade the brakeset to Hydraulic Disc Brakes.
