Two wheels/rotors with one set of XT Ice Tech brakes/calipers?

Ok, so if I get an extra set of wheels for my bike, say with different tires, and I swap the wheels from time to time, is there any concern regarding rotors? I have 160 rear and 180 front ice tech rotors on my main set of wheels. Do I need to have Ice Tech rotors on the second set so that the calipers and pads match up easiest, and/or so the pad wear is kept similar?

I think the biggest concern regarding swapping our wheels with different discs is that you may have to do a new bedding procedure for the pads and disc. But I've used different discs with the same pads and they have all worked well after a few stops.
