    Trek 4300 Disc Brake

I'm looking to replace the front rotor and brake pads on my 2011 Trek 4300, but I'm not quite sure what to buy. Can anyone offer any advice?

It has the stock promax dsk-907 installed however a simple google and amazon search yields no useful result.

    Thanks!

I'm thinking the rotors may be universal. But not sure on the pads.

    Rotors appear to be 160mm.

Rotor braking surface needs to match the pad measurement. Other than that you are good to go. Some rotors recommend sintered vs organic pads. Check to see if there are any recommendations on pad type.

The DSK-907 uses the same pads as the Avid BB7 and Avid Juicy.

Also, depending on what brakes you ended up with, you either have centerlock rotors that match your centerlock compatible rims or 6-hole rotors for 6-hole rims. My 2011 happened to come with the centerlock setup
