Switch from Juicy 5 to XT

I am going to switch from Juicy 5 to XT M775 with 160mm rotor.

    1. Fork and frame are both 51mm IS mount. Do I need to face the mount on fork and frame to ensure the correct alignment for the XT, which has no CPS of Avid.
    2. Will XT fit the Avid polygon and / or clean sweep rotor?
    3. Will XT caliper fit the Avid mount adapter?
    4. I plan to buy via CRC. Its web has been changed recently and I wonder the brake set now also include mount adapter, rotor and hose. Any fellows have recent experience from CRC?

The XT caliper will fit the Avid rotor.

The caliper MAY fit the adapter depending on the profile of the adapter and caliper.

For best results, I would get the tabs faced. But it may run reasonably drag free even without facing.

I have found the Avid CPS system to not be any better than the Shimano. I wouldn't worry about facing anything unless the mount has some existing damage.
