    SRAM Matchmaker ??

I want to install Deore M596 disk brakes. The bike has the SRAM 2x10 speed Matchmaker shifters. Looks like the shifters will not attach to the brake lever assy.

Is there a good workaround or adapter to solve this problem?

    Thanks,
    Terry

Problem Solvers work great. I did the same switch and had the LBS order them for me. Kind of expensive for what they are, but they do the job so I can't complain.
How can anyone who's been riding as long as I have, be so slow???

You can also just take the brake lever/master cylinder assembly off of the matchmaker set up and leave the shifter on and run 2 clamps, old style.
