Which size rotors with XTR M985 on 29er for All Mountain?

Currently preparing for my dream build, which is a Large Santa Cruz Tallboy LT with XTR groupset.

I was wondering if, for All Mountain use I should be using a 203 mm rotor at the front and 180mm rear, or is 180mm front and 160mm rear enough with these XTR M985 brakes on a 29er?

    (I am 190lbs with kit)

    I'm 6' 190 w/o clothes

Riding a Pivot Firebird aggressively in AZ I use 180 front and 160 rear with 988s. PLENTY of stopping leverage.

    I'd go 203//180 w/ resin pads.

Running that on my 26" cannondale now. I weigh 215. Brake feel/modulation is awesome with great power. Quiet too.

Unless this is a weight-weenie build, mo brake is mo better.

What width tires? If your over a 2.25 then you've got traction to go 200/180.

Stumpy FSR 29er, which is billed as AM, comes with 203/180. I've never felt like I wanted them to be smaller.

Unless your in Kansas I'd go big, you've got the traction to put it to use.
