Should I install these Avid Elixir R Sl's

I picked up some Avid Elixir R Sl's in a trade deal. They were valued at around $100-$125. The levers are in great shape and they came with a new set of pads. I currently own a Redline Monocog 29er with Avid BB5's. Is it worth it for me to make this change? I assume it is, but wanted to make sure before I invest in the time to bleed them and true the rotors. As far as type of riding I mostly do local single track trails. Not flat, but not downhill by any means.

Okay. I kinda figured that, but wanted to make sure they weren't a bust.
