    Shortening Formula Lines

I need to shorten the rear hose on my R1/RX brakes. Anyone know if another manufacturer's barb and compression olive will work? Jagwire? Just not sure if I'll find a Formula one locally.

Some say you can reuse those parts. But Shimano stuff has worked fine in my experience (my brakes were purchased without a hose at all, so I used a Clarks Shimano system for cheap). The Shimano parts are cheap enough to justify picking them up instead of trying to reuse the old. Jagwire has its own proprietary system that may or may not work. Good luck.
    Bamboo is real.

So the Shimano stuff fits the Formula lines?! That's great news if it's true since in have a bunch of Shimano fittings and spares.
