Shimano XTR Disc - Lever Does Not Return

I am running into an issue after bleeding my XTR 965 brakes with XT levers. The lever feels fine at first, but after pumping it for a few seconds, it doesn't want to spring back. The actual lever travel does not change; it doesn't pull back to the bar, it just doesn't spring back like it does at first. If I leave it and come back after a few minutes, then it feels normal again until you pump it a few times and the cycle repeats itself.

Any ideas would be appreciated as this is the first time I've bled my brakes myself.

Hey there, what'd you bleed the brake with? What type of fluid and bleed kit did you use?
You are not what you own.

Shimano Mineral Oil / Bleed Kit

I used the Shimano bleed kit that consists of a bottle of mineral oil, a tube, and bag.

Sounds like air in the line. Bleed it again.

Sounds more like a sticky piston to me.
Check out my SportTracks plugins for some training aid software.
