    Shimano Syringe

Does anyone know the thread size for 2012 XTR brakes to find the proper syringe to bleed system? I have seen syringes at pet stores but w/o threads

You can buy the cup that threads into the top reservoir, then let gravity do the work.

Any sized oral syringe with aquarium tubing will work on the caliper nipple.

I suggest the OP save time and go to Ebay and get one of the after-market bleed kits.
