    Shimano Saints M820 Caliper Leak

Anyone experiencing this with me? Hydraulic oil leaking from bleeder nipple center port. This brake set is less than a month (only 2 rides, 20 miles) old. Purchased brand new as a set from CRC.

Brake caliper bleeder nipple fitting leaking. Fluid is leaking through bleeder fitting center "bleed" hole. Fitting has been tightened and properly torqued to 6Nm, still leaking during a ride. Brake lever will "sink" and "pump up" during ride. Second ride on these, performed re-bleed and tightened bleeder a bit more and still leaks through center bleed port (not around threads). Front caliper has same issue. Possible machining or alignment issue preventing complete seal of bleeder to caliper chamfer....?

These brakes only have 20 miles on them, they are only about a month since installed. They work great until the fluid begins seeping during the ride, then the lever becomes low and inconsistent. However, now the rear pads have become contaminated from the leaking oil and stopping power is greatly reduced, to an unsafe rate.

Try tightening nipple a little more, if it wont stop just warrant them and get a new pair.

I did try going a bit further along with working it in and out in the seat to attempt to work off any burrs or inconsistency, still leaking. These are going back to CRC. Needed brakes for the race this weekend so had no choice but to go out and buy another set, opted for the Hope E4's.
