Does anyone know what pads come stock in the 2013 Saint m820 brakes, metallic or resin?

Its pretty much going to be the metal pads. It might be resin's if you find them really cheap or something where the seller would remove the expensive finned pads and put in cheaper ones. But for the most part is metal.

Metallic ice-tech pads, unless you get a cheap OEM version where the good pads were pilfered.
If the price seems too good to be true, check to see that the seller didn't steal the good pads to sell them on ebay.
