    Shimano LX rear brakes question???

I recently installed hydraulic Shimano LX rear brakes on both my bikes. Compared to the front brakes (both Shimano), both the levers feel a little mushy. Maybe not mushy, but the brakes come on fully at a later point when you pull the lever. Is this common for the rear brakes? I thought maybe since the lines were longer it may be possible. The brakes have been bled and they work great. They just feel like the rear are a little later coming in. The strange thing to me I guess is both bikes feel exactly the same. Any thoughts?? Thanks.

yeah..since you have more oil in the lobger rear hose...there is a higher chance that you have a tiny bubble somewhere.... if the difference is very small just use them like that....
