    Rotors

I seem to have a problem warping (or maybe bending slightly) Avid rotors. I use BB7's and only ride X/C. What other rotors stay straight longer? Any help would be appreciated.

My Hayes MX-4 set came with some pretty beefy rotors...
    I've never bent/warped those!

Consider a thicker rotor. Magura rotors are 2.0mm, which is more than Avid. For example the "Julie" rotors are heavy and less expensive than the SL series rotors, but will far outlast the Avids.
    Get it unlocked.

    Adjust the calipers/pads better?

I have used all versions of the BBDB/BB7 since 2000 and not had issues with warped rotors

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common
