    Rotor repair

    Just wondering if anyone has been successful at straightening Avid 165 rotors after a good tumble or if they should just be replaced. On the trail I was most fortunate to be able to lever the rotor back fairly straight with a cone wrench in the slots, but it is still far from perfect. Are there any decent aftermarket replacements that should be considered?

    read the disc FAQ in the upper right. If you can't fix it Aztec makes a good aftermarket cheap rotor. Jim

    I guess my problem could be considered warpage Please note for replacements that Aztec rotors are 160mm and Avids are 165mm.
