Rear brake pulls the wheel sideways ?

I have a specialized p1 with avid mechanical rear disc brake. When I apply the rear brakes it actually shifts the rear wheel left into the frame. I have to loosen the quick release and realign the tire. The adjusters are even and I have the correct chain tension. The pads look good also, any ideas why the wheel is acting this way? Thanks

Apply proper force to the QR lever when installing the wheel.

Also make sure there isn't any paint on your dropouts, just bare metal facing the locknuts on the hub and acorn nuts on the QR.

Thanks for the help. The QR seems tight but there's paint on the frame.
