Please help identify these Formula brakes

I was getting some used parts for upgrading my wife's bike off of craigslist and the guy had these laying around and threw them in for a few bucks. Anyone know what year/model these Formulas are? I couldn't figure out how the pads are removed. I realize that these are likely too old to even find pads for, but at this point I'm just curious to find out what I have. My google results haven't turned up any clues.

    Thanks!

    It's either a Formula Evoluzione 98, Evoluzione 99 or Evoluzione 9.5
There isn't much difference between the 3 and it looks like the manuals for the 9.5 are also for the 98 and 99.
Pads for them can still be bought, do a search and you'll find plenty.
