To past owners owners of Oro Puro brakes.

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a new bike (Ibis Mojo SL, Pivot 5.7, or maybe wait and see what Ibis offers up on a 29er next year- I save $ so I plan ahead) I'm trying to conserve cash but will buy new where there is a significant difference. OK here is the question do you miss your Puro Oros or are new offerings in the brake world that much better? I weight 65kg XC racer and love Super-Ds (sounds like a dating service).

My favorite brakes are a pair of Hopes, but my puros are still solid. Some of the reviews have complained about the piston in the lever failing, but mine have been solid. Only have about 10 rides on them though. My other brakes are Juicy 7s and Juicy Ultimates, and the juicy feels great.
Looking for a Medium Scott Scale frame, preferably a 2012 in 26.
