    no front brake

I have hayes nine on my Transition Preston that do not work any more. I thought a leaky fork might be the problem so I have tried scrubbing the pads, which didn't help. I have bled the brakes several times with immediate success but within two rides, no power left. Is there a common leak in Hayes nines. Can I buy a rebuild kit for these. Oh yeah, I once pulled the piston out of the master cylinder (falling from a skinny). After this was repaired it worked fine for a while though. Any advice would be appreciated.

Replace the masters with the HFX-Mag's, much better feel & power.

Its possible its the line as well. How old is it? I've seen it happen where the internal line becomes damaged. Try replacing the line or give Hayes a call and they can help you trouble shoot.
