New XT levers - reach adjustment?

Anyone know if the new XT integrated brake/shift levers have a reach adjustment for the levers? If I look between the lever and the body I can see the end of a screw protruding that looks like a possibility, but I can see no way to get at it. Anyone have any experience with these levers yet?

If you go to the european cycling website from shimano.com and you choose catalog and then XT you can get the manuals for the 04 xt parts
