New frame, need ISO mount rear caliper for Hayes...what to do?

I recently broke my 1999 Gary Fissure X-Caliber frame, and the fine folks at GF promptly sent me out an '04 Big Sur frame. The new frame has an ISO rear disc mount, the old frame had the mount you see in the attached picture...I have no idea what it is called. As I understand it, there is no adapter that can make this rear caliper work (PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong...I love for this not to be the case).

Should I just buy a whole new brake for the rear, or is there any cheaper solution? These brakes are from 1999, I do not know what model they are (I believe Hayes only made one hydraulic disc brake at the time).

(Also notice the crack along the weld immediately forward of the disc brake mount...I'm guessing that the brake mount was the reason for the frame failure.)
