    New Codes. Self Modulating?

    Hi
Just installed a new set of Codes. Had to shorten a hose. followed the directions exactly. i did not bleed them as the resistance is still the same. But.... the one i shortend now stutters. it feels like they are modulating on their own. i would describe it like anti lock breaks work on a car. Is this caused by air in the line?

More than likely. Double check that you've got the caliper aligned - by eye, not using the crappy tri-align method - that the caliper and rotor bolts are tight and that the pistons are moving equally, but I'd be surprised if the system remained free of air after removing/cutting the hose.
