    New brakes...need help

Looking to buy some new brakes in the very near future... I'm thinking about these choices:
    Hope race
    Magura MT6 or8
    Formula R1's

Been rolling Hopes on my two bikes and am pleased with them, kinda want to try something new for a new build. Thoughts?

    Haven't tried the Maguras.

Have had Hope, both Mono Mini and the Mini X2 pro.
Both of these felt great at the lever, but overall power was down on brakes in a similar class.

Have had 1 set R1's for the last 2 years. Have had to go superlight rotors to tame the power. Have also bought another pair for my 29'er project.

    'nuff said.

They're all pretty good. I will say Formula is doing some pretty cool stuff these days. Those R1s work really well, and they're pretty flashy too. The even sell a quick-release kit that allows you to remove the hydraulic lines without the use of tools. I think that's awesome.
