Need help with Shimano M-486 brakes

I just got some shimano M-486 brakes.Anybody know any good rotor/pad combo set-ups for them?
(front only) I also need an adapter to set them up for 180mm rotors.
thanks in advance. They came with pads, but I hear the standard pads aren't that good.

The pads that come with them aren't to bad, but they are Resin so they wear quickly in the muck. I am using pads from (Seller "Bikefridge" on eBay). I buy semi-metallic for good wear and power. They use the old Deore M525 (not 535) pads like the Tektro Auriga so any pad that fits those will work, like Koolstop and such.
I am using Alligator rotors from Pricepoint, Tektro OEM and Avid G2. All seam to be fine with the brakes.
