Need to adjust XT BL-M770 levers

I'd like to adjust my XT BL-M770 levers, but don't have the manual. All i can find on the Shimano site is an exploded view ~ which doesn't really tell me how to adjust them.

I want to adjust reach and stroke, but would not just blindly fiddle around.

Are there Shimano instructions PDFs, apart from the exploded views, online anywhere?

Do you mean M775? Those are hydraulic.

The stroke is adjusted with the small silver phillips screw on top.

The reach is adjusted by the black knob.

    The M770 is v-brake levers.

The reach is adjusted by a 2mm (I think) allen on the backside of the lever housing.

The stroke will be adjusted by cable tension. You can use the barrel adjusters, but don't turn too far. It's better to adjust the cable tension at the caliper. Proper setup is important to the stroke, feel, and performance. IE pads hitting correctly.

    It's pretty self explanatory.
