So how are my cable lengths for my setup? Just right? To long for the front?

their fine, if something the rear is a bit too long, but its all good. I would protect your frame where you have those nokon cables...specially on such a gorgeous frame!!!
Do the nokon lengths up front allow full bar movement? The hydraulic lines look a bit long...

I like to have enough cable so that my bars can rotate 180 degrees without binding. That way, in event of a crash, I don't destroy too many components.
They are Alligator i-Links but they do run just fine without any binding.
