What, if anything, should I know about running a mullet (disc in front, V-brake in back)? Advantages/disadvantages compared to all V or all disc? Should I reverse the levers or anything? Thanks.

It's not much to think about. It's the same advantages and disadvantages to running all disc or all V, except half as good/bad. Obviously if you only have one disc brake it's going to be more useful in the front. If you are looking to save weight, then V-all around is better. If you are using cable-discs then levers don't matter. When running a rear brake, it seems to be standard to run full length housing, and if your frame doesn't have the tabs for this it can be a pain. (Although I question how important full-length housing is).
