modulation in my brakes isn't very good...

hey the other day I pumped out my piston on the right side of my hayes and the modulation blows on that side...piston barely even moves. the other side...the side withough the hose conncection, modulates just fine.

any ideas of how I can get the other side to modulate better?

when I pumped the piston out all I did was push it back in...should I have done sutmhing else?

    thanks

Probably jacked up the piston seal. I'd pop the piston back out, check out the seal if its ok put the piston in nice and square. I used a set of pliers to hold a moving piston to free up a frozen one last month.
