    Mechanical Disc Brake Adjusting

    Any tips on maximizing the adjustment for these Tektro l0 Mechanical disc brakes with 160 rotors.

    What do you mean by adjustment?
    You want more breaking power? What to eliminate rubbing? Or what?

    To eliminate rubbing you have to allign the caliper. Read the procedure on the manual, it's really easy.
    To have more breaking power, have you tried using sandpaper on the brake pads, and rubbing alcohol to the rotors?
