    Magura Us#? Possible Leak

    hi,
can anyone pass on a US contact number( magura), couldnt find it on the site unless it was overlooked. sent them a e-mail regarding a possible defective set of 03 louise fr brakes.( no answer back)

from day one out of the box they always had a mushy lever action, had to pump the lever to achieve proper pressure. we bleed the rear didnt touch the front and still exactly the same as front. bleed them( rear) 2 more times and same situation. the lbs thinks there is a pin hole or bad o ring in the levers/reservoir.

or is this the norm for the brakes? they sure are mushy compared to a friends julie brakes.

    thanks

They need to bled. Properly. Shouldn't be mushy.

Check out the Magura Cult page if not done so already:
