    I have the same setup.

You'll need a bleeder for maguras. You can use the factory bleed kit or a DYI setup. I use a syringe with a fitting that screws into the bleed port of the brakes. I got the fitting out of a box of brake parts (I think jagwire.) You'll also need mineral oil (like magura blood).

Magura has bleed instructions on their website. It's the same procedure for your setup. Basically fill the syringe with fluid, knock out the air bubbles, screw into the brake, remove the bleed screw from the lever, and push fluid through the system. Once flushed, replace the bleed screw in the lever, remove syringe, and replace bleed screw on caliper. easy, but messy.
