Magura Louise too loose on bar, need help!

So i just got in my Louise with BAT, however its loose as a goose on my carbon bars. So I had to rig it with electric tape to make the section thicker. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to fix it. Im sure in he summer heat that tape will get mushy and need to be replaced with something more permanent. If its just the brakes on bar its tightened metal to metal and still very very loose. Thanks for any help in advance guys.

You can get a strip of rubber, even an old inner tube just to thicken it out a bit.

Hi and thanks for going with Magura!

Anytime when using a carbon component, it's best to try "paste" or "carbon paste" to prevent just this AND the potential over over torquing. (which can be bad of course)

Aside from that proper technique, I would also recommend plumbers Teflon tape as it does the same as electrical minus the adhesive!

Good luck and thanks again for going with Magura!
