magura free ride rotor size question

I got a set of Magura louise freeride brakes with a 210 on the front and a 190 on the back. the calipers both have the long arm on them and i use those silver adapters. i was thinking of going to smaller rotors since i dont do any crazy downhill stuff. if i lose the adapters what size rotors can i go to??

    thanks for any input

The Louise FR without adapters (just the long arm calipers front and rear) will give you 180mm front and 160mm rear.
