looking for someone to weld on disc mounts

I have a recumbent bike that I've been using V-brakes with, and while they're nice, I'd really like to get some discs put on. I remember from back in the day, that there are places that will make the frame modifications, but I don't remember who will do this, or where they are.

    It's a steel frame, if that's relevant.

Vulture Cycles would be happy to work on your recumbent. They've done plenty of frame mods and steel is their sprecialty. There paint jobs are amazing too.
