    Looking for Black Rotor bolts

I just finished painting my rotors to match the frame on my Prophet and I'd like to find a source for Black T25 rotor bolts to replace the oem silver ones.

Anyone know where to find some?

    Thanks!

standard Avid bolts are black. If your LBS doesn't have any you can get them from most any online store (like this)

    Sharpie.
The suspension of your bike sucks if it's different than mine. Really. It sucks. Big time.

    Thanks for the link.

3 bikes with Avid brakes sitting in the garage, BB5, BB7, and one with Juicy 7's all have silver bolts and came that way

OT, any idea why they use Torx heads as opposed to Hex for brakes? I always like the hex heads better because you could really get the wrench set in the head and crank away, the T25 bits are always very finicky to me.

Can T-25s take more torque than hexes, or is it just that they have a lower profile (don't stick out as far)?
Hey everybody, ride my wheels! They ride good, real good.

You can get hex bolts with a button head so they are lower profile. But when using genuine Torx bits and bolts, it is harder to strip.
