On-Line source for Hayes HFX parts

I had one of my lever reach adjustment screws stripped and while trying to adjust it a bit more to my liking the bolt broke, don't burn me for this please. The brake works fine but the lever is still too close to the handlebar for my liking, is there an etailer that could sell me the adjustment bolts or will I have to search for a dealer close to me and have them order it?

Another question will be how much does the whole lever costs?
