    Larger Rotor?

I am a n00b so please give actual product names (links if possible):

I have a "Stock" KHS Sixfifty 606 that came with Hayes Stroker Ryde w/6″ rotors for the brakes. I am a heavy guy and sometimes ride down steep descents I feel I could benefit from a larger front rotor. I know I need a Spacer/Adapter of some sort but what?

    So I have 3 questions:

#1. What part is it that I need?
#2. What value brand of rotor would you suggest?
#3. Which on-line source would you suggest for these parts?

In case it matters the fork is an X-Fusion Velvet R (650b Compatible)...

    Thanks,
    Fat-n00b

FWIW, I upgraded my front from 183 to 203 and I really like the results. In my case it just took a rotor and a replacement brake mount adapter (IS (fork) to Avid (brake) - they sell a bunch of them for different forks and rotor sizes).

Still running 160-something in the rear because I have no trouble locking that up as-is.
