Lack of Power With Saints After Sitting All Winter

Saints sat all winter after last Whistler trip where they worked great and without issue. Pulled out the bike to prep for next weeks Whistler trip and I can squeeze the lever as hard as possible and still force the wheel forward by hand. This is with both front and back brakes. Sanded down the front pads and replaced rotor and although better still have the same issue. Suggestions? Just needs a bleed or new fluid? Will the power come back once I get them hot during the first run? Thanks.

Ah yes, the good old Shimano power loss issue. I went through this with my Zees a few years back, the solution is a toaster oven.
XT and XTR brakes get squeal/power loss after sitting idle for 6-8 weeks
