Kudos to Hayes / Stroker fix

My Stroker Trails were part of the batch that apparently went out with the piston Oring not lubed.

I contacted Hayes and was put in touch with John Truskey. Extremely friendly and responded to my emails daily.

He hooked me up with the lube 'fix-it' kit and it arrived today within days. He also included the smallest ball bearing a spring I lost when I disasembled the unit before the instructions arrived.

Bottom line - This was my first Hayes Brake purchase and despite the system not working as it should have from the factory, their customer service is A #1.

    Thanks

BTW - for those who are going to get the lube kit, it's IMPORTANT to repeatedly depress the pistion with the applicator NUMEROUS times, until the piston pops out. I pushed it about 20 times with no luck and thought this kit might not do the job, but the piston finally popped out after a few more trys.
