Are K24 calipers and levers the same both front and rear?

I was looking at them and I can't tell the difference accept for the hose length and adapter.

According to the Formula product page the K24 has as upgrades over the K18:
    + FCS Adjuster
    + Nickel Plated Fasteners

Yes, they are a "flip-flop" design.

Sorry, I reread my original post and can see why you answered about the k18/24 differences. I acutally meant the front and rear not the k18/24. I changed the title too

They are the same... My friend picked up two rears for a killer price on ebay and just cut the hose length on one and used it for the front... You just flip the lever..
