Juicy Seven making loud humming/squealing noise - front and back

New to the sport hear. Just replace my stock Hayes on a Jekyll to a set of Juicy Seven. It's a good thing I'm not sneaking up on people, because they can hear me a mile away. It gets worse when the brakes get hot. Is this loud squealing/humming noise normal?

Well, judging by the amount of threads on this subject, it appears to be perfectly normal for Avid brakes... I don't need a horn or a bell as long as I have those squealers on my bike!!

Try searching the forums, there are a bajillion threads about Avid noise/vibes and the like.

I'm going to try a different brand of rotors and pads... hopefully that will do the trick, if not, they're going on Ebay.

Do you know what rotors you got with your brakes (i.e. Polygon, Clean Sweep G2, etc.)??

Green EBC pads cured my Avid Seven's noise problem.
