    Juicy problem

OK, someone squeezed the lever with the wheel off, I pried the pads apart but it was still draging so I loosened the caliper to try and align it to see if that would help. I was rotating the wheel and squeezing the lever... well I must have squeezed to hard becuse the lever seemed to loose pressure, like it blew a seal. I know I probably have air in the line and need to bleed them, but what is really bothering me is the red adj. knob seemed to be stuck I need pliers to turn it, and it just keeps turning like it doesn't have a stoping point. If anyone can give me any advice I would appreciate it.

Well I tried to bleed the brake to no avail, the master cylinder seems to be leaking air into the system, every time i squeeze the lever more air comes out into the syringe. The red knob also seems to not be working.

Have your shop call up SRAM and get a RA number. Sounds like you got a bunk brake. Either that or get a rebuild kit for it.
