    IRD Dual Bangers

How do these compare to other mechs. or Hydros? Are they worth it? Should I just get Hydros, if so what kind. Budget is VERY important.

They seem too new to know

I don't know anyone who's tried them. They look good in theory. Why don't you be our test pilot.

Personally I run Avid Mechanicals on both my SS bike and new FS bike the old FS had Hayes hydraulics and they sucked big time, always dragged and neither I or the LBS could fix it, I even called Trek and Hayes. So now I have no Trek and no Hayes.
My new SS 29r is being built and I have the new set of Avid mechs for it in the mail now.
