    Installed some Magura BAT Carbons..question

Just installed these on my '06 Turner RFX...203 up front, 160 in back. I had to shorten the front line, so I followed the manual and it seemed to work perfect, and didn't have to bleed them afterwards. However, even though I have a great feel at the lever, very firm and feels just like the rear brake which I didn't have to crack open, there is this very slight sucking sound when I engage and release the lever. It appears the compression fitting is good, but that air leak probably shouldn't be there...what's throwing me off is the firmness of the feel, and it's been installed for several days now. Any ideas?

It's air moving in and out of the breather hole in the reservoir cap, into the space above the membrane. It's nothing to worry about at all.

Have a look here, hopefully the drawings will help.
