    I9 classic hub/Fox 36 rotor clearance issue

I'm trying to swap a wheelset between bikes and am having clearance issues. I9 Classic hub with 160 rotor coming off of a new Fox DJ fork w/15mm axle. Got the conversion (to 20mm) cups and axle from I9 and am trying to put it on a new Fox 36 Float (160mm) but the 180 rotor I've mounted hits the lowers @ the bulges of the caliper mounts. Anyone come across this problem? I had the opposite problem on the rear where I had to space the rotor from the hub with tiny washers because the caliper wouldn't adjust in enough to center on the rotor.

DOH! Never mind, pardon my stupidity. Upon closer inspection the cups aren't the same and I had them swapped.
